For all local SEO and Google Maps projects:
Your primary local search term appears in the Top 10 of Google search results or on Google Maps within 90 days of go-live, or we continue working until this goal is reached.
Requirements & Performance Commitment
Our service commitment applies under clearly defined conditions. Successful collaboration requires active participation from both sides.

Three things you should know from the start. No surprises after signing.
Payment Model
Standard: 50 % at project start, 50 % at go-live. For new clients without reference projects: 100 % upfront payment before project start. The schedule is confirmed individually in the proposal.
Ownership Upon Completion
With full payment, we hand over all rights, access, domains, passwords and created assets without restriction. No lock-in, no retained claims, no ongoing licensing fees.
Duration & Termination
Each project is a one-time engagement. No automatic renewals, no hidden retainer, no notice periods after project completion. Payments already made are not refunded in case of early exit, delivered work remains with the client.
Liability & Privacy
